Attaining Salvation

Rs.14,500 Inc. Tax

One of the easiest methods for depicting salvation, inner peace and joy and revelation is the circular at the head of divinity. The Ganesha is the traditional divinity for wealth and prosperity according to Hindu mythology. He is usually depicted with two or four hands, with specific objects in each of his hands, a tilak or auspicious mark on the forehead and the mouse. Even in this picture Lord Ganesha has been depicted in the traditional fashion with all the elements correctly depicted. He has also been depicted in the state of eternal revelation as divinity with the great circle of salvation above him. The portrait is dominated by soft hues and tones, with brush strokes that have been blended in perfectly. Hence, Lord Ganesha has been depicted in white. The background has been removed to be replaced by a light blue backdrop that works well with to render the image of auspicious divinity for the mind at peace. Some other colors include yellow, green and red. These are typical colors in the Indian tradition, easily associated with the divinity in the popular notions of the divinity within the Indian psyche. Thus, this is a portrait that pertains to the cultural system.
